Here it is at last—the long-anticipated heavyweight.

So it’s no surprise they’re often said to have no natural predators—
they look like animals that have nothing to fear.

But sadly, this magnificent species is endangered.
In particular, the Northern White Rhino is in a critical state—
with only two females left on Earth.

And the rhino’s greatest threat isn’t another predator—
it’s poachers.
