SUBMITTING A RETURN REQUEST
Please find your original order confirmation email and reply to us with the following details:
- Reason for the return
- Attach photos of the product to confirm the condition
The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the item's return and the shipping unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.
We can only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from our website: eugy.com. If you purchased your item from another stockist, please get in touch with them directly.

Please use a secure delivery method to guarantee safe return delivery. Refunds are credited to the account that made the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply).
DAMAGE, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If your item is damaged or faulty when you first receive it, please find your original order confirmation email and reply to us with the following details, as soon as possible:
- An explanation of the fault
- Images or video of the item to demonstrate the fault
We will then review your claim, and we will reply back to you if the claim is accepted. We will cover the postage costs for the return of the product.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS & REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES
In the event that an order is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address or the refusal to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund for the order upon the safe return of the product. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to us, and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
RESHIPPING AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
Should you wish to have your order resent after it has been returned for the aforementioned reasons, please be aware that shipping fees will be reapplied. The customer will be responsible for these expenses.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Customers Only)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Withdraw: You may initiate your withdrawal request in one of the following ways:
- Log in to your account, navigate to your "Orders" history, select the relevant order, and click the "Return items" button.
- Alternatively, click the "Submit Withdrawal Request" button below.
- Upon submission, an automated acknowledgment confirming your request will be sent to you immediately via email on a durable medium.
Return Shipping Costs & Timeframe: For returns due to a change of mind, you are 100% responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You must dispatch the items back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you submitted your withdrawal request.
Refund Processing & Inspection:
- Once your returned items arrive at our facility, we will conduct a formal inspection to ensure the products are in their original, undamaged condition.
- This inspection will be completed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Upon successful inspection, we will finalize your return and process your refund.
Reimbursement: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
