It begins with better paper

Every layer has a job — a bit like a house.
The outside walls need to look beautiful. The frame inside needs to be strong.

The surfaces you see and shape — the outer pack and the printed panels — are made from 100% virgin pulp. That's paper fibre used for the very first time, straight from the tree. Long, clean, and pressed to our own thickness, just for us. It's what gives EUGY its sharp cuts, its rich colour, and its ability to hold shape for years.

The corrugated core hidden between them is made from recycled fibre. You'll never see it, but it's doing the quiet work of holding everything together — and it means fewer trees for the parts no one looks at.

Run your finger across an EUGY panel. Feel how smooth it is? Now look at the edge. See those tiny ripples inside? That's what makes EUGY light in your hand but surprisingly solid on your shelf.

We call it our F-flute structure. At just 1.2mm thick — about the width of a stack of two credit cards — it's one of the finest flutes in paper craft. Thinner than most, so the surface stays smooth and the artwork stays crisp. Rippled inside, so each piece keeps its quiet strength.

Light to hold. Surprisingly solid.

Cut to the width of a hair

Look at how neatly each piece fits into the next.

That's not luck. Every EUGY piece is cut by a precision laser, guided by cameras that read each sheet before it's cut.

How precise? Within ±150 μm (microns) — no wider than a single strand of hair. If a piece were off by more than that, we wouldn't ship it.

Precision you never think about, because it just works.

Safe, right down to the glue

The care goes all the way to the smallest detail — even the little bottle of glue in the box.

Ours is water-based and solvent-free — almost four-fifths pure water, with no harsh chemicals in sight. It's been tested to safety standards across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand — with no lead, no heavy metals, nothing nasty to worry about.

The kind of glue you'd be happy to hand to a six-year-old. Because you will.

Colour that stays true, printed with care

The wildlife documentaries you grew up watching set the standard for how these animals should look.
So do our inks, and so does our press.

Every EUGY panel is printed with eco-friendly inks — verified under ISO 14024. That's an international eco-label that only inks with rich pigment and low emissions are allowed to carry. Beautiful to look at, kind to breathe around.

And the colour itself is held to the highest standard. Our factory is a G7 Master Facility — the top tier of colour certification issued by Idealliance. Think of it as the "black belt" of printing: awarded only to presses that reach world-class standards in grey balance, colour consistency, and colour range.

Behind every print run: a dedicated colour engineer watching over each project one-to-one. Spectrophotometers — devices that read colour more precisely than the human eye — measuring every batch. Standard lighting, calibrated presses, and matching proofs, so the very first sheet and the ten-thousandth sheet look identical.

Sample checks every 400 sheets. First, middle, and last piece verified by three sets of eyes. Full traceability from ink batch to finished panel.

Checked, and checked again

Before an EUGY reaches you, every stage answers to the same question: would you have approved this yourself?

It begins with a prototype. Only a signed-off sample can start mass production — nothing goes to press without it. Machines are calibrated at the start of every day. Colour is judged under a constant-temperature standard light source, so a green in the morning is the same green in the afternoon.

If a defect appears, the machine stops. The piece is set aside, labelled, and separated from the good ones. Nothing questionable moves forward.

Every batch is traceable — right down to the operator, the machine, and the ink lot that made it. Our workshop is ISO 9001 certified, the international standard for consistent quality.

So the EUGY you open today is made to the same exacting standard as the next one. And the one after that.
