My 8 year old son really does love this. We bought a the wolf and panda designs. He enjoyed putting it together & it was not difficult to figure out. I did help him with it but mostly because he wanted to do it together. I’m sure he could’ve done it on his own without my help. I took one star off because these are teeny. About 1.5- 2.5 inches tall. They are so cute but we did think we would be taller. Maybe I missed that in the description.
