035 Tasmanian Devil

In the deep, quiet forests of Tasmania,
there lives a small predator with a fierce passion for food
and a surprisingly powerful bite — the Tasmanian Devil.

These little creatures can eat up to 40% of their body weight in one meal,
and they have one of the strongest bite forces of any animal their size.

But this intense and unique species is now in danger.
Because they often bite each other, a contagious cancer is spreading among them,
making it harder for them to survive in the wild.
That’s why the EUGY Tasmanian Devil helps support efforts
to fight this disease and protect the species.

So when we created this model, we didn’t want it to be
just a “cute animal figure.”
We wanted it to capture the raw energy of nature —
its hunger, its strength —
and connect that energy to a message of protection and sustainability.

From the curve of the body,
to the large and powerful jaw,
to the eyes that hold a spark of the wild —
every detail is carefully designed.

As you assemble it piece by piece,
you’re not only enjoying a fun craft activity —
you’re gently touching a moment of life
deep in the Tasmanian woods.

With every completed model,
you encounter a creature that is fierce yet fragile —
a reminder of nature’s wonder, vulnerability,
and the resilience hidden within.

Bring this model into your home,
and it becomes more than just a decoration —
it becomes a small window
into the story of nature and life itself.
