Whale sharks are the biggest fish in the sea, but they are gentle giants. They have a big appetite but luckily for most underwater creatures, their favourite food is plankton. They also have 300 little teeth but they consume food by simply sucking in and filtering the meal through their open mouth. These friendly sharks are now endangered due to impacts of vessel striking and fishing
